    Bring your recitation

Pick a video or audio file from your phone, paste a YouTube link, or choose a famous reciter.

  2. 2

    Every ayah, found

We find every ayah automatically and caption it word by word in the Madina Mushaf script, with translation or tafsir beneath.

  3. 3

    Style and share

Pick a template, background and animation, then export a vertical video.

Features

Everything a recitation video needs

  • The Madina Mushaf, exactly as printed

Drawn with the King Fahd Complex’s Mushaf fonts, including colour-coded Tajweed. The words are never restyled.

  • Word-by-word gold highlight

The word being recited turns gold, in time with the reciter.

  • Animation styles

Fade, rise, zoom, slide, soft blur, cascade or word by word, at a calm, normal or lively pace.

  • Short phrases

Long ayahs appear a few words at a time, with the recitation.

  • Translations and tafsir

Arabic, Kurdish, English and many more languages, shown beneath each ayah.

  • Templates

Calm starting points such as Night, Studio and Journey. Change any detail later.

  • Works offline, on your phone

Ayah recognition runs on the device. Nothing is uploaded unless you choose to publish.

  • Smart watermark, animated ending

In the free version, a small Tarteel.video mark moves between clear spots on its own, and the video ends with a short animated card.

  • Publish with Botsaz

Post or schedule to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Telegram from inside the app. Optional: you can also save or share the video yourself.

FAQ

Good to know

  • Is it free?

Yes, it is free to use. Videos you make with the free version carry a small Tarteel Video watermark, and may be used and shared by Tarteel Video on our platforms and channels, including to promote the app, crediting the reciter when we know who it is. We never sell your videos, and you can ask us to remove any video at any time.

  • Does it work offline?

Yes. Ayah recognition is built into the app, and the Mushaf fonts download once. After that, finding ayahs, editing and exporting all happen on your phone without internet. Pasting a link, downloading a famous reciter or publishing needs a connection.

  • Which languages?

English, Arabic and Sorani Kurdish, with translations and tafsir in many more.

  • Does my recitation leave my phone?

No. Ayah recognition runs on the device. Nothing is uploaded unless you choose to publish.

  • Where can I get it?

It is free on Google Play now. App Store, AppGallery and a desktop app are coming soon.
